Your personal data will be treated confidently.
We will never sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Anonymized data may be used for statistics, quality assurance or market research purposes.

We are commited to collaboration with authorities, especially prosecuting authorities and courts and can in this context be forced to pass on personal data.

Data collected within the scope of the contractual relation will be deleted when the contractual relationship is terminated or blocked, if a further storage is not necessary.

In case of a violation of the Terms of Use or applicable law as well as in case of a violation of third parties rights, we reserve the right to save the data beyond the termination of the contractual relationship, until all facts are clear.

You can demand information on all your personal data we collected for free at any time. By logging in with your code and your password, you can view your data, information and contents at any time in your user information. You can edit, update or remove your user data at any time.

Your user account is password-secured, the information therein can only be edited by you. Your user information and your contacts are visible to you and the relatives belonging to your contacts. All data in your user account can be marked as private and thus made invisible to other users.

We recommend not to tell your password to anyone and to protect the personal data therein as well as possible. You should especially not answer to any emails or popups asking for your password. To avoid unauthorized access to your user account, we recommend you to log out always after using the site and to close the browser window and delete your browser cache.

Device Code automatically collects and saves the information your browser sends to us. These are: type of browser, browser version, information about your screen size, operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), hostname of the server (IP address), day time of the server request. This data will be used anonymously for statistical research. We reserve the right to check the IP address of the last login for suspicious persons, who may have violated any law or our Terms of Use.

Cookies are short packets of information that websites save on your computer. They are used to store log-information and other data. We use cookies, too, to improve our services usability, effectiveness and safety. Most of our cookies are so-called session-cookies and will be deleted by the end of your visit to our site. Our cookies do not harm your system and do not contain any viruses. If you still feel offended by our use of cookies, you can deactivate them in your browser.

If the collection, saving, usage and further procession of your personal data is not intended in the German TDDSG or in the BDSG, we need your consent for it.
You especially accept:

In this case, we will delete your data, if no legal regulations get in the way.
